I've been doing online advertising full-time for 12 years. It's alive and well.

The guy above who said AdSense is better is never going to make it. That is some bottom of the food chain tier income. I regularly buy websites that monetize with AdSense because it is so shitty I'm almost guaranteed to make more money plugging in my own advertisements for my own clients... Getting paid for a lead for sale as opposed to a click. What do you think people are doing with the visitors they buy from your website via AdSense? they bought them from you for $0.30 and they're turning them into dollars.
