Basically, CHX/OWN is a STO platform. They are aimed towards the financial industry and are aiming to tokenize assets, meaning essentially put company/asset ownership on a blockchain type system. Now, their company doesn't scream CRYTPO or MOON NOW, it is actually branded in a way that appeals to financial institutions, and you have to scroll down on their site before you even see the first mention of "blockchain". The companies using CHX will never even have to touch crypto. Essentially, they pay CHX a 1% listing fee, in fiat, to list their product. CHX then uses that money to marketbuy CHX, for them to lock up, permanently. Additionally, there is staking, and the CHX distributed to stakers comes from the fees that CHX will charge clients for additional services.
How will CHX make money from this, you ask? Well, the assets that are locked up permanently will be receiving CHX from the staking mechanism.
Essentially, there could be a point, with the marketbuying and the staking, that all CHX is locked up and the price does a x100 overnight.

For all intents and purposes WeOwn could have not used a token (CHX) at all. There is no conceivable reason why they would have companies market buy their own CHX for fees when they could have just paid straight through fiat.
