Dont know you, Dont know the situation you have at home with the parents. But if i could share some sound advice: What you earn, and what you save currently is super important. If there is "Room in your budget" (For God's sake i hope you actually have one) then renting an affordable apt. for your "Freedom & Sanity" can be a good thing. As long as your disciplined and by doing so.. it doesnt take anything away from your future real estate purchase. 99% of the faggots on this site dont OWN anything, they base their future on a Fucking "Crypto Meme".
