Are people withdrawing money from these machines all day? Are the operators snakes?
Why is it so hard to withdraw money? Why does it wait until the very end to tell you "we don't have enough cash" when the first thing it asks you is "how much cash are you trying to get?"
This is definitely part of the business model, where people just give up and accept the fact that they lost money.
People must be pulling money out of these damn things 24/7 for all of them to be bone dry like this. This doesn't make any sense. I'm pretty pissed.

The one time it ran out of cash on me, the operater texted me and said he'd give me $10 extra if I came back later after he refilled it. I was only picking up a few hundred so I said ok sure.
