Unlike many on the Internet, I have a higher education in programming, and despite having a high income from programming-related activities, I'm unable to market myself on freelance websites (I'm very good at selling everywhere but freelance).
How do I sell myself as a freelancer? Do I just spam my offer all over freelancing websites?
I generally set my prices at a small fraction of the competition, and according to the law of demand, I should be getting lots of offers, which is not the case.

Should I just set my prices at the market level, and shill my freelancing offer all over the web?

Also, how to market freelancing, apart from the freelancing websites?
