Buy a big farm/forest.

I would give everything to good/smart people I know and do this. But nowadays I'm thinking instead that I'd keep enough to start turning my hobbies into a job with no pressure for survival, buy a nice small house with a garden and finally get gf pregnant. In reverse order.
