It's a lot to unpack, but here's my best ELI5.

Rather than dicking around with shah256, you have slashing conditions. There are going to be 200 validator nodes that sync with the parent chain waiting for their block, so they can send transactions from A to B on a child chain and reports the new balances to the parent chain, while you sync up for your next block.

So instead of processing one transaction, it's processing several dozen transactions within a single transaction.

So with ETH only handling like 15 TPS, it could be up to 1,000 TPS. But if it upgrades to 2.0 and it can handle 1,000 TPS, then we're talking 1m TPS.

If you can't keep pace, you're gonna get skipped and your rewards are gonna get slashed. If you try to fuck with people's money, your deposit gonna get slashed.
