Everyone I know that has even vaguely been involved with WoW will return. YouTube is anticipating it beyond measure. Retail is dripping to death.

Classic will be a grand success, so much that Blizzard will admit to even underestimate the demand by a longshot.

They pulled off a full-priced arena FPS with a brand new franchise & a custom engine, and got 40M sales out of it.

Engine was technically very impressive and does many thing better than say, the unreal engine. Artwork was top notch and populating maps was done with their custom content creation tools. Gameplay was somewhat aimed towards normies instead of veteran FPS players, but excellent when you factor that & target audience in.

Claiming that Blizzard lacks good developers clearly shows you don't know what you are talking about. You might disagree with some decisions made by management, but the company clearly has a ton of excellent talent.

i dont meant they suck technically. But they are clearly lacking the creative power of early blizz, seen in games such as starcraft 1, diablo 2 and warcraft 3. You cant compare shit overwatch with these classic, and its not simply a boomer nostalgia thing. These old games were game changers, the impact of these new titles on the game scene isnt even remotely close
