Just got a job offer from this company that just ICOed, I guess?

This thing is a scam, right?

They never even interviewed me, they just told me I'm a good fit, and that I should send over a photo of my drivers license and my banking info lol.
There's no github, and when you click on the team members' linkedin pages, there isn't a mention of rewardex anywhere either.

Are these chinks trying to steal my identity?
