How can I run a node in the early days (low traffic, low rewards) as a NEET without income and savings? Coinmarketcap API Professional costs $699 per month. Hosting a reliable node at AWS or Azure costs at least $250 per month. You have to host at least 2 nodes for redundancy so you don't lose all your LINK if one node fails to complete a job.

lol there's one really easy trick op

why would you want to run a node? any important/valuable data or data that can cause monetary consequences isn't going to risk using any random node. they're going to only trust specific ones.

If they can verify the node is on AWS, they can at least trust the hardware (Because Amazon is legally responsible at that point).
Large trusted nodes are for large trusted companies to use - Small indie nodes are for small indie startups to use. There's a market for everyone.

sure, they'd trust a node on AWS, if it was run by a trusted third party, they would whitelist it. nobody not even smart contract devs working with 6+ figures are going to blindly trust any node. nobody is going to throw away their own validation and security without accountability.

and this is all assuming that anybody actually uses chainlink in the end.
