To have enough money to own your very on car space so you can more easily and efficiently attend your wage slavery job undisrupted.

This whole system is unsustainable

People are probably buying it to lease it out if the yield is good enough

>Buying a parking space is a thing

Didn't know that

>For $137,000

Literally what the fuck? That's more than the car.

yes, most people are living paycheck to paycheck now, it's not like the 80s where you worked for an actual savings and investments

people nowadays work so that they can afford to wake up and go to work again the next day. it's even worse than olden times, people could actually afford children. now you just work to sustain yourself only.

There is something hilarious about the idea of us 4chan autistic (NEET at heart) fucks faking our way through asinine normie conversations about stuff like "buying a car space in the city" and other infuriatingly boring bullshit that makes me laugh. Like when I have an in-depth conversation with someone at work about weather or something.

Bro the other day my coworker was talking about random bullshit like her family vacation to a nearby military museum. Holy fuck I can't even express how much I didn't even want to hear it but had to smile and nod to be polite.

My parents in the 80s paid their way through 4 years of college working part time jobs and graduated without debt, almost immediately bought a house and had 2 kids. I seriously have no idea how it works having kids and working full time these days. Almost out of reach living in a big city in the US desu. I need to move to a cozy village.

>Barter or use non-monetary things for currency
Ok, you'll still have to keep working for the rest of your life to acquire/manufacture those things, even if you're not working for wages. Did people not have to work their whole lives before this happened?

>inflation is a Jewish conspiracy.
No, it's necessary for a growing economy. If you have an economy of 3 people worth $150, everyone has $50 each. If a fourth person joins, they'll either be broke, or you'll have to share the $150 across four people, and those 3 people are now poorer. But if you print another $50 for the new guy, sure you're $50 is worth less, but it's worth more than if the new guy got 1/4 of the $150.

As long as the population/economy grows, inflation is both good and necessary.

If I buy a parking spot for 100k and buy a tiny house for 50 k and park it there isn't that the same as owning a house in the city? Wtf? Can I resell that shit to some coke addict city worker for like 5-600 k???
