I use Instacart to deliver groceries to my NEET palace. Hmmmm. No more tips then.

LOL I would never have tipped an Instacart delivery boy. I never tip anyone. The peasants should be gracious to have a job.

He was probably just fucking around like Lyft drivers do. They game the system and Instacart knows this.

Why don’t you just get the groceries yourself?

I was going to use Instacart, because I don't have a car, but the 2 hour window isn't practical considering Aldi's closes at 8pm. I'm usually not even home by 6pm and I don't want to sit around for 2 hours waiting. It'd be quicker to walk there and back myself. Just can't carry as much. My bro did instacart and he said no one ever tips.

This pic in inaccurate. He didn't get to the store until 6:23 and was at the customers house by 6:41. This means he spent less than 20 minutes.
Instacart gives it's drivers a 2 hour window, so the Duration of 69 mins is just in reference to this 2 hour window. He completed the request in 69 minutes.

>declaring tips to his employer
>wonder why he get anally destroyed

why are wagecucks like this? Why do this faggot declared any tip when he could simply have said tip : 0$ and put it in his pocket and no one would have ever noticed? He think the IRS will start to stalk him? the FBI will start an investigation?
Serve him well for cucking himself desu.

But what is the most choking is how the company can pretend tips are parts of the salary? If a shlomoberg patron try this in my country he will get his ass thrown in jail within a day.

If you live in a tipping culture, always tip in cash.
That way management, ownership, and the tax man cannot get their fucking hands on that money any step of the way.

10 minutes? Do you shop at CVS? I usually break even or save money when ordering as I time my orders around in store deals and buy in bulk. Get on my level.

My younger brother does Instacart. They recently guaranteed a minimum of $10 a delivery.

They'll increase the per item payout unless the tip is high as in this case.

They also reduced pay by $2 or $3 which can only be gotten back if the transaction is rated five stars and considered a "quality bonus".

Overall the amount paid out is lower.

Tried my hand at it one day and got lucky. Had a good run where I delivered two 1.5L of vodka. Got $22 ($4 tip and quality bonus) off of that. Wish it was like that all the time.
