For me, I'm either on the 4hr or daily. Ive found that he more extreme the time frame (in either direction), the more unpredictable the chart becomes.

This is just what I've experienced but I've learned that

-trading on really big timeframes makes you more susceptible to volatility from changes in fundamentals

-trading in short timeframes make you more susceptible to algorithms, trading bots and whale liquidations
