In late January of last year got with Merrill Lynch adviser and created a new scorp where I diverted about 800k value of crypto and got a 500k loan at a good rate from them to invest into the stock market in a diversified account. I then sold most of the crypto and put that into more secure fixed income invesetments, this is a strategy they said would help me offset some of my tax liability for the 800k I took out, well when stocks took a dump in late 2018 I was able to significantly reduce my tax burden on crypto as I sold at a loss some of my stocks and then used some of that fixed income money to buy back off of the losses I incurred, essentially cutting my crypto tax in a quarter.

at this point I have made my mom and sisters all employees of this scorp and I give them tax free dividends as shareholders as much as I can off of the money I generate in that account from dividends and fixed income interest.
