Does anyone have links to old ethereum threads circa 2015-2016. Was the FUD and volume of threads similar to what we are seeing now with chainlink.

>> No.12554417

for the last time no. There wasn't even anywhere near this level of memes, but there was also far less attention to crypto in general.

Yes there was a ton of fud, because you coin fags are obnoxious; however, there's a dozen other coins that haven't been spoken of, at least seriously, that we're both skilled and fud'd equally hard.

Your asking about eth, because it came out the other side as not shit. The verdict isn't out yet on Link; it could be one of the dozens of coins that go nowhere, but get pushed with mongoloid strength.

I mean memes in general are hella saturated, but I do remember a decent amount of fud and vitalik memes. Other than btc, eth had the most discussion. It just wasn't as overdone

I disagree, I distinctly remember more eth threads and more replies n shit

>> No.12554581

difference is ethereum didn't rely on bitcoin implementing and using it for it to work.

chainlink requires smart contract developers outsource the security of their contracts to an untrusted third party chain, just to retrieve data from globally accessible apis.

Yeah there unironically was ETH threads everywhere. I watched it as an outsider.

It’s actually one of the main reasons I got into crypto, because biz got ETH right. I got into crypto in January 2018 and got pounded at the start. It Link has helped me turn it around, buying the dip at every chance.

So far I’ve been getting it right with Link (Up 50%)
