The only employers that will even consider unemployed people are desperate employers. Why is the employer desperate? Probably because their people are complete pieces of shit who keep driving away employees. This is the kind of job you will find first after an unemployment spell. It will be hell. Hang on as long as you can. I lasted 4 months working for a complete sociopath until finally another interview came up and I landed it thank baby jesus. I wanted to shit on my boss' desk when I quit but somehow stayed professional that sick fuck needs as ass kicking severely

If you don't have at least 3-6 years of experience working by the end of HS its not gonna as easy. By the end of my college year I had 8 years of work experience ranging from camp counselor to regular wage slave jobs and even a year of being manager. This doesn't include the experience gained from doing activities from joining clubs and being apart of the financial section of student government in college. It makes it easier to join small companies that are looking for someone to pay cheaply yet not inexperienced
