Simply, the permaweb is a web built on top of the Arweave. It is decentralised, incentivised, and immutable. You can browse just like you can on the regular web, except on the permaweb everything is permanent and decentralised! Further, you can earn tokens by serving the permaweb to other users directly, without middlemen.
