it is good as far as it stops a lot of garbage businesses from getting off the ground. imo if mcdonalds can't afford to pay 8 an hour, it doesn't deserve to be around taking jobs from small business

on the other hand, it is strangling to small businesses, and should absolutely not get very high, EVER. because it causes in flation.

it should probably only apply to businesses over a certain employee count.
