Don't worry anon, chances are you wouldn't have withdrawn X-Cash anyway. I had to fight with support for a week during which they claimed their X-Cash wallet was in maintenance, but they fixed this issue with notifying me that it was just their automatic system that fucked up. So they didn't even know what wallets they had in maintenance. The fight was well worth it though, can't wait for the inevitable 10000x
