Do you even know how to do anything? There is NO buyer's market for used 747s. You let your agent know you're looking, then you lowball people by 75%. Textbook Donald Trump maneuver, it's a buyer's market because anyone buying those things wants them new, and even those people are rare. If anyone ever wants to sell they have to deal with the only buyers around, which will probably be you and just you.
