I read it. There aren't any technical imrpovements. Absolutely NOTHING new that isn't already in the original CryptoNote whitepaper, only the french devs trying to justify their 40% premine and the scammy emission curve with a higher slope than the others, made exclusively to benefit early miners (more than BTC and XMR ones) and create whales who will have hundreds of thousands of it (95% of the max supply to be mined in the end of the next year, kek).
