12405025 No.12405025 [Reply] [Original]

With absolutely no doubt, STOs are going to see an insane exponential rise as STO is the most logical, most rational usecase of blockchain and how blockchain gets massive adoption. There is ZERO question about this. Remember what ICOs did to Ethereum? Same, but on a much more massive scale will happen to STO or the Security Token Offerings.

Can we discuss on how to maximize our ROI on this? Personally I think the best bet is the ISSUANCE PLATFORMS and after doing weeks of research I am all in on CHX (Own).

But I want to hear other opinions. How do I make the most amount of money buy going balls deep in STOs and issuance platforms?

at 6-7 million market cap, this can easily 6-9 X by the mainnet launch in Q1 considering they are going to start issuance platform on january and disclose their partners.

But to make life changing money in 2 years, I've been told by multiple people to have at least 30K. I'm personally holding 60K. Anyone not holding at least 10K is literally dumb.

many tokens are probably securities in the eyes of the SEC, like literally most of them

That's not what's new here, what's new here is a federally compliant Security Token exchange - of which tzero is the first to market

What Polymath *does* is help established realworld companies develop a security token so that they can issue and STO - and have been working closely with tZERO with plans to have those security tokens be tradeable on tzero's security token exchange.

make sense?

I suppose that's the most misunderstood thing about stratis. They don't do one thing, they are doing everything.

Tumblebit didn't release because Dorier found a potenial vulnerability, so they are patching that up. AFAIK it works for stratis coins already, but they don't want to release anything that could compromise peoples bitcoins.

They have PoS, PoW, PoA/DLT, smart contracts in native C#, and a fucking school to teach programmers how to use it.

I'm sure tZERO is amazeballs. How's that Azure thing going? Early bird gets the worm, but second mouse gets the cheese.

STOs = bommer crypto. You are not going to get mega rich off it but it could make you money. If you want to make the big money you have to find an open protocol that will be life changing. There will likely only be a few.

For tZero you have to wait for August 2019, unless you are (or have an uncle who is) an accredited investor. OpenFinance - not sure. But I have KYCed in their platform and investing first tokenised VC fund launched over there - SPiCE. If STOs are able to disrupt apparently illiquid PE/VC market in a regulated way, boom will be bigger that last December 2017 for few selected crypto’s.

Until then, I'm holding CHX. I kind of lost confidence in Poly. SWM, SLT are also not really attractive?

CHX is still a utility coin in itself and depends on token velocity. I believe trading fees (and other products such as tokenised VC funds) earned by STO exchanges will be much greater than price appreciation by controlling token velocity and scarcity. Anyhow, CHX is a good platform and I own it.

>> No.12406619

>>12406501
That makes sense. The reason I think platforms make more sense, and this again is what I know from CHX, is that tokens will be used for so much. Staking, fees, lockups... The staking essentially removes a third of the tokens from the supply, fees keep the tokens moving and the lockups makes tokens more scarce will simultaneously keeping them moving, since they won't be locked up forever. I guess I don't really know, but it seems that Own really nailed the token economics, they will be genuinely valuable if the platform takes off. And it seems that they're off to a damn good start

Also 100% CHX here, going to hold through Q1, then gradually sell back into Link when it is bottoming out after the main net dump. It's going to take a year or two for Link to get the adoption it needs to take off since it will be such a game changer, I think.
