the big thing is holo isn't an actual currency, it's a form of debt bonds that you can redeem for hosting or for fiat (or another crypto) by the host.

Reserve accounts will basically function like an escrow, you pay for some holo with fiat, the reserve account takes it's <1% fee and holds said fiat until the it's claimed by a host, when the transaction is complete the holo fuel is "burned" since there's no outstanding debt anymore.

The only way for the supply of holofuel to grow, is for hosts and buyers with an algorithmically verified credit rating to agree to prepay the transaction. the only scenario where this makes sense is if holofuel is skyrocketing and it makes sense for the host to pre-sell it's services, but it will always be subject to credit limits and serve only to ensure liquidity doesn't dry out.

TL;DR: at some point there will be almost no holo outside of a transaction, while the dynamic supply ensures liquidity it doesn't create inflation, but it isn't subject to deflation like crypto fiat is.because holo isn't a store of value but only a temporary transaction token, whether it's 0.001$ or 20$, will be irrelevant for adoption since buyers will always buy only as much as they need to complete that transaction, but basic economics will push the holofuel fiat equivalent up since the only way hosts can compete is by offering more hosting, and fiat value, for less holo.

Meanwhile any ico holofuel redeemed with aa reserve account will cease to exist since the outstanding debt is settled.

The holo supply will continue to dwindle until that threatens liquidity, and even then it will only grow enough to ensure adoption won't be harmed by lack of liquidity.

I think it's possible, depends on the rate and scale of adoption and the rate of holofuel turnover, it's also a reverse ponzi on the investor side.
The sooner someone sells their ico holofuel in an exchange, the faster at least some of it is used to pay for hosting and the faster it gets cashed out through a reserve account and removed from circulation, shrinking the circulating supply.
