Then they start buying books like "The Secret" and telling themselves that they "just have to imagine" what they want and they will get it, without having to get off their ass and do anything. "If I just keep sitting on the couch and drinking, and I just IMAGINE everything I want in life, the it will come to me. I dont have to change anything or do anything!" and they will realive themselves of responsibility for action.

"My life sucks. But once the world gets bad enough, jebus will return to the earth and save me. So I should just sit here and suffer"

ETC. Then when they see people at Skycoin, who just say "We are going to do this" and then three months later, we did what we said, they go into meltdown mode. People around them who are not miserable, or who affected remind them of their self-castration.

Skycoin is good because with pump and dumps, you do nothing and try to be the one who gets paid and it often fails, with BTC you have to do work to get paid, but the work is too hard, so only a very exclusive group gets paid. With Skycoin anyone can do a reasonable amount of work and get paid for it. Pretty simple.

2 things are hugely important.
1: trustless information fetching (chainlink)
2: trustless, fast finality speed, predictable fee and flexible use case massive2nd layer scaling for ethereum assets (like what plasma promised but never seems close to deliver)


Whatever achieves #2 and gains initial network effect traction first is going to be almost as important as chainlink. It is the 2nd key to unlock ethereum for real use.
