I did recently, apply for government jobs via usajobs recent grad programs OR just apply for jobs if you meet 50% of the requirements. They are a wish list not a requirement.

This. I have a degree from Stanford and I still haven't found a stable full time job in over 8 months. I'm eternally stuck doing low paid temp jobs and freelacing for $5 an hour competing with Pajeet from India and Sergey from Eastern Europe
