If it's not an exchange based ICO it won't do well. Lookup Nauticus, they launched a few days ago with no issues. Almost all the other ICO's I've seen this year either got obliterated into oblivion after launch or were scams.

Not gonna speculate on mooning potential however, they have kept to their word on all developments and timelines in the initial white pape. That's more than can be said for 99% of projects.

Rumor has it their CTO and Lead dev are two of the best in the biz. Not quite as suave as Sergey ofc.

Blockchain needs decentralized dispute resolution to move forward. Plenty of validation here from competition but Kleros seem the most likely to make it.

True, Kleros is short on memes.

Not sure about other chains but from browsing their Tele it seems they are touting blockchain agnosticism meaning the idea can be spooned over to any chain.

If not, it should just become a middleware protocol. They seem pretty open minded about other chains.
