So the Chinese are not only gobbling up high end real estate in the US, Australia and Canada but now middle class Chinese are getting mortgages to buy lower end housing.

Why are the Chinese themselves not investing in buying NEO which is building the Chinese Smart Economy? Or VeChain which is going to be ubiquitous like Amazon? Or Tron which is going to be an entertainment conglomerate?

I know there is a crypto ban in Chinese but it's easier to buy crypto than get your money out of China and buy foreign real esate!
