hey /biz/ is there any prepaid debit card service (like payoneer) that i can fund using transfers from a US account?

1- trying to avoid the taxman here.
2- US account is mine, but i am taxable outside the US, so the card should work worldwide if possible

payoneer wont work, because personal transfers to fund the card are agains their TOS
