TFW i missed out on Btc. Then missed out on Eth. Is this the next big coin?

Seems like some OGs are talking about this and mainnet just launched. What are biz's thoughts around this new privacy coin?

Dude you need to work on your reverse psych, it's pretty weak. I was in that thread that was actually only posted once, you fucking greedy cunt.

Agree that the logo is shit and wallet isn't exactly great. But we're 2 days into a multi year run potentially. The question is, is it a *better* privacy tech than what's already out there? If so, I'd definitely sell XMR for some of this in the hopes of more gains (and better privacy if it does actually hit mainstream use).

mimble wimble is one of the more exciting things that has happened in blockchain tech.

It was thought that you could have either a small blockchain or a private blockchain but not both but the mimble wimble protocol uses schnorr signatures to smash down a series of transactions into sort of autotumbled mess so you cannot determine who is participating.

the smashing them together makes the transactions smaller and obfuscated

mining right now. ive only mined like 0.25 BEAM since starting this miner like 10 hours ago...

No one has any fucking balance or clue on biz. Geez.

Yes its got great innovation but firstly its worth remembering they did t actually invent that innovation and anyone really has a right ti use it its just the first ti market implimentation. Also Grin seems the more popular mimble wimble project. So yes cool innovation here but the miners are choking it at the moment. If you think end of 2019 the supply will be 50m so its already at 100m marketcap based on 12 months only emission.

So good project terrible investment at this point. I would think about buying some in sub 50 cents otherwise the chance of making big gains is unlikely imo. Miners will dump im sure and we will get a proper market price.

beam and grin are both scams.

Agree. I have free electricity and thought of spilling $600-$700 for 1080 Ti to mine this project and even at 1 beam per day for 6 months it doesn't seem like a huge gain but if the price will settle I might just get some from an exchange
