I just applied for a job with a totally made up resume. Not a single hard fact on the resume was true (education/experience). Will this work?

Depends on the company. Some of them dont check shit. What matters is if you can fake it through the interview. If you cant you to just wasting your own time.

It may. A buddy of mine got hired at a decent gig with apple, lied about his college, he never even graduated. They never checked.

That's what I want to find out- if I'm able to lie through the interview. If not, no harm done, if so, I just learned a skill that can get me high paying jobs, plus I don't have to worry about burning bridges because I can just make up a new employment history.

They mainly scout diversity+personality. shut-ins, recluses, with the most highest degrees will get shutdown in apple roundt 1 personality test group interviews.
