If you want to be healthy and actually happy wake up at the same time every day (preferably at 8 or before), take a shower, go for a jog or a walk, cook your own meals, stop eating bread especially that pre cut square toast bread you get at supermarkets, wear fitting clothes that don't make you look like an autist (because then your brain thinks you've given up on life) and then do whatever the fuck it is you do for fun and/or creative fulfillment.
