Of course, this depends. Does it have to be fast? Then do it in C++. Is dead slow ok? R/Matlab will be ok then. Else? Python. Is proprietary ok? Then go for EasyLanguage aka Tradestation. You know, you stating 'I know all trading aspects' is such a turn off, such dumb, inappropriate thing to say...I just wanted to tell you this AND give you good advise, you know?
