It probably needs like 30+ confirmations before they credit your account. How new are you? Most exchanges have a set number of confirmations they wait for, don't recall Bittrex because stopped trading on their garbage site last year.

Most places operate on 6 confirmations. BTC block times are 10 minutes. That means it'll take 60 minutes. Kill yourself OP.
