Help me determine an east coast arcade business model which would be sustainable. Considering the creation of candy cabs with emulation and apprenticeships in programming and hand crafted cabinets for use barring resale or alchohol. No hard ban on alchohol sales though since barcades are in vogue lately. May need to dabble in karaoke and other events regularly.

with monthly "fund raisers" to get arcade machines in the club, so you tie the patrons of your place to financial accountability.

i.e. the people who play the game will feel more connected to machine and less apt to abuse it, and more likely to speak up if someone isnt treating it nice.

also if you can have bar patrons personalize the cabniets, like putting stickers, signing your name on cabinet with high score.

Have good arcade games and not just shit tier i can play at the mall.
Kids allowed during the day, adults only at night.
Outdoor lounge area so people can smoke weed
