It has been around since 2013, so there is no speculative hype around it. FLO simply does what it does, and it's quite honestly a pretty boring use case. However, this space has matured enough to the point that it may start seeing use and that's likely where it will see its rise in value. Crypto is currently driven by hype and this project now has a reason to be hyped simply because it will actually be used.
