First and foremost you need to be realistic with yourself. The money is gone. Remember to harvest your losses as this can offset huge gains in the future.

Secondly, remember this is an emerging technology and we are still in the early adopter phase. The price will rebound. The price has always rebounded up to date. The fiat rigged stock market will always increase because of inflation, and crypto will always increase because of deflation. It's just a matter of waiting. Don't think about it and do something else. Come back in 10-20 years and you will have a heart attack when you see how high your portfolio is.
