I have a friend who makes more money than I ever will as an engineer and all he did was go to a job fair after graduating. Didn't do any networking or internships. I know another guy that works at a job that would normally pay 40k but makes 80k due to a clerical error. All he does is play video games at work. Some people just have luck on their side. And then there's me.

31 year old NEET here.

Law degree with masters and experience. Cant even get a training contract. Apply to hundreds of jobs but no reply or generic rejection email.

Went into mild depression and gave up.

I gave up and went full NEET mode 6 years ago. Been leaching off my wife (Biomedical scientist) and making money off trades/calculated bets.

Been killing time playing PS4, wanking and watching movies. But enough is enough. Wifey is pregnant now.


I sold my investment property (140k) and invested it in bitcoin.

I am now gonna join the Royal Navy for 5 years. Get some experience and get into a consultancy management role.

By that time, my investment will be worth a couple of million. Enough to buy a detached house and a new Range Rover cashed out.
