Wait what? Are you only looking to invest an entire $10? You'd be a lot better off if you just started building capitol by working at a job and throwing money periodically into bitcoin or even a stock for a safer option.
If you want to reinvest your funds while your investment is up, you can always take out the money you first invested and use that to reinvest into silver/gold. You would essentially just be playing with the houses money if you took that route. You could also just funnel 15% of your gains you make off of bitcoin into silver/gold periodically as well, if you feel it necessary to allocate your money into safer investments.
