In the end it was truly a Nightmare before Christmas vol.2

>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

It is impossible to find a job. You have to move in with your parents. If they're not already divorced, they will be when one of them loses their job and 1 single income supports your family and entire extended family for 18-24 months. It wasn't until 2011 that things really turned around. 2008 was the start. It lasted a bit over 2 years. Unemployment in a lot of areas was over 30% for people aged 18-24. Part time work was the best you could find. I had to work 3 jobs to survive. There was no spending money and you're left counting pennies for every grocery item.

DUDE WEED PUBLIC SERVICE WARNING

wooooEEEEEEEoooo woooooooEEEEEEoooooo

Attention all who are dabbling in the Canadian dude weed sector. Canadian weed ETF broke a critical low support today. It did, however, manage to rally back above before close. High probability of bearish continuation on Canada based companies such as Canopy Growth, Aphria, Aurora, Tilray. The one outlier is CRON, which is showing better support strength than the others thus far.

US based companies are still in better shape and are still breaking bullish under all this sell pressure from the broader markets. Cresco Labs and TerrAscend both finished well in the green today.

You family falls apart and your mom realizes she wants a man that can provide for her family. Being incapable of understanding greater market forces, she assumes your father is just a terrible man that cannot function in the working world. She leaves him for a younger dude, possibly of a different race. You now end up calling some guy whos only 5-10 years older than you and working an assistant manager job at the local McDonalds dad. His name is Chad. Your actual dad has been found at a motel with his brains blown out at this point. The market dumps harderand your Chad loses his job during the second or third wave of layoffs. Your mom sticks with him though because by now her daytime shows are reporting on the fact that shits fucked up for everyone. Chad eventually turns into an alcoholic and starts raping your mom in front of you in the living room. Your mom protests, but Chad thinks the answer is to kick you out of the house. Your mom goes along with it.
You're out on the streets and have a baby brother on the way. At least you still have 4chan.

"Waiting for the bottom" is retarded because nobody knows when the body is. 10% drop is still a 10% drop. That it theoretically could drop to 15% next week doesn't change the fact that it's still 10% discount today. So, you buy today, and then you buy in two weeks with your next paycheck, and the following two weeks with your paycheck then, and so forth. You never know when you're at the top or at the bottom, and because you can't know and the market could either rise further or drop further, you just buy when you have money.

I enjoy the market since it's easy to predict a jittery one. But he keeps screwing shit up for himself, like.. who the hell bashes their own choice of chair of the Federal Reserve in hope of helping the markets? Obviously people will view it negative as fuck.. it just doesn't make sense. If you want to put tariffs on the second largest market on earth, then you have to keep your own market safe and secure.. which Trump clearly doesn't seem to understand. He still views the chinese as a billion strong army of retarded rice farmers.
BUT! I truly hope he's successful because I don't want chinese overlords and I enjoy the movement of the markets.. but it's clearly not going well for him and the western world right now, mostly because Trump is fighting with most of the western world while fighting a trade war. Everyone knows the reason we crushed China decades ago were because of Europe and US banding together to absolutely smash them down to the ground, but Trump is lonely and he obviously can't do it by himself without taking the US market down with him.

God no. The average rental property takes 4 years to break even on a mortgage/rent basis. I meant just own the thing for 10 years. Yes I do. I said 100% probability. Every single Index will bounce when its over extended from the bollinger band on the monthly
The actual spread of the "extension" doesnt matter because the worst that can happen is that it bounces back to your entry and you lose nothing
1 0 0 % probability

Kulaks were peasants, and represented a rival class power to the proletariat. There's no such rival in america, and there's no industry so underdeveloped it relies on a bunch of atomized producers. It's a mistake to see the kulaks as merely an ideological scapegoat. Both the kulaks and the soviet government were largely rational actors, it was simply rational that they be enemies.

Killing the jews, however, would be purely ideological performance.

Just to put this in perspective over the last 20 years, this is currently the worst month for the S&P since October 2008. -15.75% in one month. October '08 at its worst was -28% but rebounded pretty hard up to -16% going in to November.

This is why I'm calling bounce time. Market is overextended to the downside in a way that is completely unsustainable in a single move. It will have to retrace back upwards some, cool off RSI levels, before it can set up for fresh lows on the falling trend. Eventual bottom call as far I'm concerned is still 2250-2300 range. Right on the '08 bottom - present trend line.
