How do I write a resignation letter without sounding like a dick? I was promoted without a raise and want to resign from my promoted position but no one so far has hired me for a new job so I want to keep my former lower position at same company where I was """promoted""". I like my boss in the new position so I don't want to hurt his feelings when I step down I just want him to know working full time for such a low salary isn't worth my time without making him feel betrayed, I could be playing the stock market or going to school while I'm wagecucking for scraps and it's not worth it. How do I resign without hurting my boss feelings /biz/? Should I just be honest and tell him I like him personally but the job isn't worth the salary? What are some nice phrases to put in a resignation letter to soften the tone?

So in other words they put more work on you without more pay. Those people have 0 respect for you. Why... oh. This is a troll post, right? I can't tell. Are wagies really like that?

Just stop showing up. He’s not going to give you s reference either way if he’s the type that’s going to “promote” someone without pay

Ok I have a solution. Promote yourself to a new position and tell them your new hourly wage.

Thank you for promoting me. I like this company and job. Now due to more responsibilities that come along with this job, I would like to negotiate with you a fair pay. If there's no foreseeable pay raise, I apologize but I see no reason to keep this new position, and I would like my former position please.

don't be a fucking cuck
tell your boss your conditions, if you want to fill the new position tell him you want to be paid for it
by selling yourself short you are betraying your fellow wagecucks by lowering the bar

No they really did this to me. I kind of understand why because the person before me got promoted to my new position and got a raise immediately and lasted two weeks he was horrible got demoted and they had to let him keep the raise because we are union so I understand why they were hesitant to give me a raise at first but at this point it is getting absurd. Now I have established myself in the new department for months and everyone I talk to about a raise stonewalls me. I work two departments in my company they are keeping me under the cucked contract of my former position by claiming that is my main department when really my work is split about even 50/50.

I am going to resign from it. It's just sad for once in my life I have a boss that isn't a libcuck retard or an asshole and now I have to resign because he is too Jewish to give me a raise. I would go drink a beer with this guy if he wasn't such a fucking kike.

Work is work until.u find a new job....think knee pads and suck it up till then. No one care about feelings in a workplace just about saving money in this recession if u want to consider that as an excuse to hang on a bit longer. Just imagine someone less worthy than u suddenly takes ur job, but is able keep up, while u walk by time to time with no job.

I would still have a job if I resigned from my new position just less hours. We're union so fireing someone is a fucking bitch. Would rather have more crypto/stock gambling time desu. I have two positions.

I literally want to put this on my resignation letter: “when its time for leavin, I hope you understand, I was born a ramblin man.”

Any other good song lyrics to use?

Talk to them, then write a letter. They handed you a slight step up in the company hierarchy so they can hear you easier. No need to write it down, speak up. the letter is a formality, the conversation is the personal part. If they don't listen to you more seriously now that you're in your higher position, was it really a promotion? You clearly don't know how to sound more personal on paper so talk to them and if you can't, email them and if they still ignore you then there's no need for even a letter, just walk out the front doors with a pic related smile on your face. You seem very confused with how to communicate with another human.

>How do I leave a job politely that I get up at 6am for every day?
You can't.
