the thing people dont understand about ethereum, is the same they don't understand about bitcoin.

it's not about tech at all. bitcoin continues to dominate regardless of tech specifics, and ethereum is currently the only other alt to manage the same feat. it doesnt matter if there are 10-20 different platforms with "better" tech, guess what, there are hundreds of "better bitcoins" out there too, and none of them lasted more than a couple of years before being forgotten.

ethereum has been oversold the most because of ICOs cashing out for themselves or under the risk of SEC involvement, right now it was probably the easiest bet for a coin that will make you money but that you won't have to worry about disappearing in 2-3 years, unlike every alt you could buy today.
