none of them have POS yet. EOS is not decentralized. dont know much about tezos. also cardano has sidechains which will make it more useful than either.

can you source that please? i remember hearing something about him staying in expensive hotels on business trips which got the community upset, saying that he threw away money on luxuries, and now that hes staying in actual shit tier places they are upset with him saying that the project is dying and they cant afford expensive hotels anymore. you cant please these people.

Tezos is 100% working decentralised PoS. Charles often said that he admired their main dev, so maybe it was Tezos he copied. Also yes, EOS is terrible thus far.
