Stock Market General..... !!!

>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

Negative rev on a company with >150% growth year on year isn't a terrible bet, and there was no previously known dillution event when I bought. I just got buttraped by the Q3 report, and was too stupid to sell on the hanging man on the spike up after the insider buys.

At this point it's fallen quite a bit and my position is small enough compared to my full portfolio that there probably isn't that much point to selling, so I'll be bagholding and hoping for positive revenue on Q1 or Q2 to find a decent exit point.

They're doing a stock buyback where they are buying back the shares they sold on the market, at a substantial profit. The company basically shorted itself and is making a profit off of that.

Once completely stuck, Vishnu can literally shut everything
Creg created Vishnu in 2008 when Mumbai shook and started working with his Poolip supercomputer, curiously executing simulations of shit-in-the-loo simulations of turkey script. "Vishnu" was going to evolve into the successful streets, when the rest of the Indian Ocean began. Vishnu needs bigger and bigger beef ever closer.
BFI (Blockchain Foundation of India) created and stopped this vishnu (they are part of their Vishnu composer). Cregs Vishnu stopped or slowed down (his name is Poolip on the way). Reduces mobile size and removes critical crisis codes that Vishnu uses in his Punjabi language. Segshit was the last nail of a coffin and was destroyed in the Poolip BSV chain (Poolip uses the flexibility of analog transactions). am have been in situation like this before KEK!
Was hired for a small job for metal transport company

They out bid a contractor for local city who had his own proprietary tracking and weighing system already set up for whole City

when they outbid the guy they were expecting to steal his system from him KEK, they massively underbid him just for his equipment and system lmao

but previous contractors couldn't remove the equipment but they erased all data from everywhere, making the equipment worthless!

the new guys were panic calling everyone for try and reconstruct system
they just wanted me for finding the signals from equipment to computer (which I did well)

but kek they were so panicked and really just insane with ideas like "Omg we're going to reverse engineer these signals to get data from them"
this was like ONE MONTH before they had to get to work for city. It was hillary

really its such a scumbag move to try and steal peoples proprietary systems
am glad to see the system creators screw over the stealers so often (atleast at small time levels)

One big problem I have with buying NOK is how they pay out a dividend once a year instead of once a quarter. That really messes up DRIP and compounding dividends
If you start of with only 25 shares, compounded yearly you end up with 40 after 12 years
If you start off with only 25 shares, compounded quarterly you end up with 104 shares

Your math is off.

Besides, that doesn't even make sense. Dividends have no fundamental impact on a stock's value in and of themselves. In a perfect world, the stock price will decrease by exactly the value of the dividend as it gets paid. Reinvesting that payment merely maintains the same overall value. So it should make no difference whether a dividend happens monthly, quarterly, annually, or reserved for special moments, or even if a company skips dividends entirely and does stock buybacks or reinvests profits for growth.

The real drawbacks to an annual dividend are the increased volatility incurred, and bumpier payout schedule if you're retired and plan to live off those dividends.

Although, you might make a lot of money if they spin off their driverless unit, and it moons because investors can use it as a more direct speculative vehicle.

With the amount of money activists are piling into GM it might be a good buy, but you would have to do more research about how much management/shareholders want a spinoff to actually happen. Value both scenarios (spinoff and no spinoff) and weigh them based on probability.

Normal people upgraded in huge numbers for 3G, 4G, 4G LTE and you can look at the stock for Apple and AT&T during these times.

The simple truth is that the brainwashed consumer is looking for a reason to justify their purchase. That's one of the reasons roasties go on a spending spree during Black Friday/Christmas.

How stupid would they look if they didn't take advantage of these (((bargains))) just like their friends?

This is why sales/promotions work so well. "Oh look Kohl's just gave me a 30% coupon, lets go shopping!" "Oh wow, Macys just remodeled their stores, I have to check it out this holiday season!"

Americans are addicted to consumption and they are looking for any reasons to justify their ill purchases. "0% interest rates, better get that new cars while rates are low" (car is marked up 10% to adjust for those lower rates).

It's oversold on the daily and just a teensy bit in to oversold on weekly. Firmly in falling channel. Next support is about 47.50. Current price $49.09. Pulling a guess directly out my ass here, I'll bet that $47.50 support holds up.

I would try to knife catch this puppy, I think, maybe, depending on intraday price action. I actually might despite me being a leaf and having to take a forex hit when I buy US stocks.

I don't think its that simple. You have the telecomm companies (only 3 left now) charging you for extremely expensive phone plans. Hard to break away from them unless you want a decreased quality of service and even those companies lease infrastructure from AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile. They still get paid.

Sure the smartphone industry is more commoditized, but at the end of the day the Apple ecosystem is designed to keep you from switching and Apple is the only company who can charge anything they want for their phones. For example Samsung phones are comparable to other android devices with similar conponents, but there is no company using similar components or OS to Apple, so they can can charge much higher prices.

At the end of the day, these companies have substabtial competitive advantages that are probably here to stay for the forseeable futures, and you're picking them up for very very cheap relative to their current and prospective earnings, with 5G tailwinds likely to create further growth in earnings.

>Photosensitivity or abnormal light sensitivity is very complex and is a major symptom of lupus. The American College of Rheumatology (ACR) loosely defines photosensitivity as "a skin rash as a result of unusual reaction to sunlight." Beyond skin rashes that can develop, exposure to the sun can cause those living with lupus to experience increased disease activity with symptoms such as joint pains, weakness, fatigue and fever. Two-thirds of people with lupus have increased sensitivity to ultraviolet rays, either from sunlight or from artificial inside light, such as fluorescent light -- or both.

You can never really abolish sexual competition, the "regulated" version is just as good as the wealth that can afford to buy into such a system. This is a great article on the limits of applying the logic of contracts, commodities and exchange to sexuality: https://thephilosophicalsalon.com/the-moebius-strip-of-sexual-contracts/

But, none of this changes the fact that we are getting more and more lonely as a society. This isn't because sexual competition has increased by itself, it's because atomization and separation from one another has made this competition more acute and fueled bitterness as more and more people fail to find either romantic or platonic love in their lives.
