Accept it and hold. I live in Canada so I smoke weed legally and it it helps me relax. If you have more money to throw around buy a little more when you think it's bottomed out. Trying to time the market will turn you into pink wojak. Slow accumulation and hold has clearly proven to be the best strategy among traders. Finding the bottoms is 70/30 skill / luck in my opinion.
