I'm a cryptofag, so I don't know shit about traditional finance. But now I'm pretty familliar with the dismal reality of a bear market.

I want to short index funds, that form the same can opener we saw in january. But first I need to see a bull trap followed by a lower high.

For now, I need to find a brokerage for peasants with only a few grand to gamble with.

Try to google one, America has Robinhood for low fee trading and investing but Europe doesn't have anything like that (yet). Just compare the top that aren't going to exit scam on you for the neccesities you need.
