Which coins aren't actual scams? So far from my limited knowledge (only 1.5yrs in crypto trading):

BTC - current backbone of the market, not going anywhere

ETH - used to trade most alts, even if shitty overall. not going anywhere

XMR - until a better privacy coin emerges, we're stuck with this.

What else is actually good and has long term potential?

Unironically supported both these projects since getting into crypto. The block lattice idea seems great, and there has to be a feeless currency that will come out on top. Nano positions itself very well for this.
