Today was overall shit, natch, but I had a blast day trading Tetra BioPharma in the last 30 minutes. Bought 0.71, sold 0.75, rebought right at close for 0.72. One of the few days for me when level 2 access has directly lead to gains. Usually it's not especially helpful or accurate due to all the dark market trading in Canada. Small caps have a bit less of that kind of chicanery though so it is mildly more useful for day trading penny stocks.

This is all a very outdated picture of military exercising total control over an internal population. The US military in particular already has extensive experience in how to fight insurgencies, guerrilla forces and terrorist tactics. The realities or iraq, afghanistan and syria have been the greatest instructors in this regard.
