Facebook is very likely to use chainlink where it makes sense.
Evan Cheng is an advisor, two angel investors for smart contract are heavily involved with facebook (Matt Ocko, Alex Stamos part of DCVC).

In my opinion the advertising platform (watches, interactions + payouts) makes sense to put into a blockchain.
