I’m putting money into my 401k because my employer matches 5% and I spread it in vanguard index large, small and int been making 15% roi. Has anybody ever withdrew everything early how bad is the penalty

This is one of those situations where starting your own company is very worthwhile. You can basically dump lots of money into your 401k and treat it as a corporate deduction.
