Exactly, I let them get away with it for a long time. But now we're arguing a lot because I'm not taking it anymore. Will they eventually let it go and accept it if I keep it up? Or will they just go to higher ups and try to get me fired? Either way, it was the complete opposite of this when I worked in the all male department, everyone was friendly and we got the job done with no arguing ever.
